This year, one of the underclassmen projects were to create a custom battle bot with a hammer as a weapon. The underclassmen first started by assembling treads and idlers to distribute weight and creating a chassis using metal frames and supports. Then, they attached the motors to the legs and programmed the robot. They assembled the current parts and started work on the hammer.
